Convenient Location, Great Amenities

clean room helpful staff metro station free slippers

The room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the metro station. It was also close to both shibuya and shinjuku. Staff were very helpful. They were also friendly. I liked the free slippers and toothbrush sets at reception.

The bed for two people felt small. Also the room felt small with luggage.

Service

9/10

Front desk staff were helpful and resourceful. They arranged a room near my parents' one. English communication was very effective at the front desk. The staff were also friendly and very willing to help with any requests.

Dining

8/10

Free bread and coffee were available in the lounge every morning. The hotel provides each room a drink voucher for the hotel bar. A downstairs burger shop offers tasty options. There is also a lawson and a variety of restaurants nearby.

Facilities

9/10

The hotel offers a shared kitchen, dining, and leisure space. Laundry washers and a clothes dryer worked perfectly. This was convenient. There is also a modern lobby. A dj was playing in the lounge some evenings.

Rooms

9/10

The room included complimentary face cleansing pads and cotton buds. The bathroom had a bathtub. My room was very clean. It was also quiet, despite being near the street. I found the room adequate for my stay.
