the location is very central. the staff helped a lot. they have a cafeteria on the first floor.

the price was high for the room quality. the room smelled of food, all the time.

basic stay with some drawbacks

small room strong smell

the room size proved quite small. the window offered a view only of a wall, and it could only be opened a few centimeters. i noticed a strong smell emanating from a bar or kitchen vent beneath the window late into the evening.

The room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the metro station. It was also close to both shibuya and shinjuku. Staff were very helpful. They were also friendly. I liked the free slippers and toothbrush sets at reception.

The bed for two people felt small. Also the room felt small with luggage.

Front desk staff were helpful and resourceful. They arranged a room near my parents' one. English communication was very effective at the front desk. The staff were also friendly and very willing to help with any requests.

Free bread and coffee were available in the lounge every morning. The hotel provides each room a drink voucher for the hotel bar. A downstairs burger shop offers tasty options. There is also a lawson and a variety of restaurants nearby.

The hotel offers a shared kitchen, dining, and leisure space. Laundry washers and a clothes dryer worked perfectly. This was convenient. There is also a modern lobby. A dj was playing in the lounge some evenings.
